In compliance with the Child Protection and Obscenity Enforcement Act of 1988, also known as 18 U.S.C. § 2257, FootHubb adheres to the regulations and requirements regarding the production of explicit visual content as established by the United States federal government. This compliance statement applies to all content that appears on FootHubb.
1. Age Verification Compliance
FootHubb does not host or produce any sexually explicit content as defined by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and related regulations. However, should any user-generated content on the platform include such material, FootHubb requires that all participants in the creation of content be at least 18 years of age at the time of production. The platform takes extensive measures to ensure that no minors are involved in any content related to our services.
Content that violates these terms will be immediately removed, and any accounts involved in the posting of such material will be suspended or terminated.
2. Content Produced by Third Parties
The operators of FootHubb are not primary producers of the user-generated content that appears on the platform. As such, FootHubb is considered a secondary producer as outlined in 18 U.S.C. § 2257. 4. Prohibited Content
