3. Account Creation and Management
3.1 Registration
To use certain features of FootHubb, you are required to create an account. You must provide accurate and complete information during registration, and you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details, including your password.
3.2 Account Security
You agree to notify FootHubb immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. FootHubb is not responsible for any losses caused by unauthorized use of your account, but you may be held liable for any losses incurred by FootHubb or others due to such unauthorized use.
3.3 Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. FootHubb reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if we believe you have violated this User Agreement or engaged in prohibited conduct. See Section 10 for more details on termination.
4. Use of the Platform
4.1 General Use
You agree to use FootHubb only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this User Agreement. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
4.2 Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited:
- Posting sexually explicit content on the main page, polls, or public forums.
- Engaging in any form of solicitation, including sexual solicitation.
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users.
- Impersonating another person or entity.
- Attempting to interfere with the security or operation of FootHubb.
- Collecting or harvesting personal data of other users without their consent.
Violation of these rules will result in the removal of content and may lead to account suspension or termination.
5. Premium Services and Virtual Goods
5.1 Points and Purchases
FootHubb offers a virtual points system that users can purchase and use to access premium features, such as messaging and premium content. All sales of virtual points are final and non-refundable.
5.2 Membership
Certain features, such as Direct Messaging and point cash-outs, are available only to premium members. Membership fees are non-refundable, and FootHubb reserves the right to adjust the pricing and benefits of premium membership at any time.
5.3 Cash-Outs
Users may exchange points for money once they have accumulated the minimum required amount (e.g., 5,000 points for a minimum $50 cash-out). Taxes may apply to any monetary funds earned, and users are responsible for reporting earnings and paying applicable taxes. FootHubb reserves the right to suspend or cancel cash-outs if fraudulent activity is suspected.
6. User-Generated Content
6.1 Ownership and License
You retain ownership of the content you post on FootHubb, but by posting, you grant FootHubb a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display your content on our platform. This license is necessary to operate and promote the platform.
6.2 Responsibility for Content
You are solely responsible for the content you post on FootHubb. You agree not to post any content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, or otherwise in violation of this User Agreement.
6.3 Reporting Violations
Users are encouraged to report any violations of this User Agreement by using the built-in reporting tools. FootHubb will review reports and take action as necessary, including content removal or account suspension.
7. Privacy

9. Intellectual Property
9.1 FootHubb’s Content
All content on FootHubb, including text, graphics, logos, and code, is the property of FootHubb or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any FootHubb content without prior written permission.
9.2 Trademarks
The FootHubb name, logo, and any related marks are trademarks of FootHubb. Unauthorized use of these trademarks is prohibited.
10. Termination of Account
10.1 User Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting FootHubb support. Termination requests are processed within 48 hours, and your personal data will be deleted or anonymized in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10.2 FootHubb Termination
FootHubb reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time without notice if we believe you have violated this User Agreement or engaged in prohibited conduct. FootHubb may also terminate accounts that have been inactive for a prolonged period of time.
10.3 Consequences of Termination
Upon termination, you will lose access to your account, and any virtual goods (e.g., points) associated with your account will be forfeited. FootHubb will not issue refunds for any unused points or premium membership fees.
11. Changes to the User Agreement
FootHubb may update this User Agreement from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or legal requirements. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting an updated agreement on this page or providing notice through the platform. Your continued use of FootHubb after the changes take effect signifies your acceptance of the updated terms.
12. Dispute Resolution

14. Miscellaneous
14.1 Entire Agreement
This User Agreement, along with the Privacy Policy and any other applicable terms, constitutes the entire agreement between you and FootHubb.
14.2 Severability
If any provision of this User Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
14.3 No Waiver
Failure by FootHubb to enforce any right or provision of this User Agreement does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
