Welcome to FootHubb! This document outlines the comprehensive Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) for using the FootHubb platform. These Terms are legally binding and apply to all users across the United States, Europe, and other regions worldwide. Please review them carefully before using FootHubb. By accessing or using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms.
1. Terms
By using FootHubb, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. FootHubb reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to check for updates periodically. Continued use of FootHubb after any changes signifies your acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. User Agreement
This agreement governs your use of FootHubb’s services. By creating an account, purchasing products, or accessing any part of FootHubb, you agree to the following:
- Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to use FootHubb. Users under 18 are strictly prohibited, and if discovered, their accounts will be suspended without notice.
- International Use: FootHubb is accessible globally, but by using the platform, you agree to comply with the applicable laws of your country or region.
- Account Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and activities occurring under your account.
- Termination of Account: FootHubb reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts without notice for violations of these Terms. Users may terminate their own account by contacting support, and requests will typically be processed within 48 hours.
3. Premium and Virtual Goods Agreement
Users purchasing FootHubb’s premium services or virtual goods (e.g., points) must adhere to the following:
- Virtual Goods: Points are non-transferable outside FootHubb and may only be used within the platform for purchases or services. Points can be purchased or earned through specific activities and are subject to cash-out eligibility.
- Cash-Out Rules: Points can be exchanged for cash at a rate of 1,000 points = $1, with a minimum threshold of 50,000 points ($50) for cashing out. Users are responsible for paying applicable taxes on any cash-out, and FootHubb may withhold taxes where required by law.
- No Refund Policy: All sales, including points, memberships, and digital goods, are final. FootHubb does not provide refunds under any circumstances.
4. Prohibited Conduct
FootHubb is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and law-abiding environment for all users.
- Sexually Explicit Content: The posting of sexually explicit images or videos is strictly prohibited on the main page, questions, polls, or any public forum on FootHubb. Violations will result in content removal and may lead to account suspension or termination.
- Sexual Solicitation: All forms of solicitation, including sexual solicitation, are strictly banned. Any attempt at solicitation will result in immediate account suspension without prior notice.
- Reporting Violations: Users are encouraged and required to report any content or behavior that violates these Terms and Conditions. Reports can be made using the platform’s built-in reporting tools. FootHubb will review reports and take appropriate action.
5. Creator Terms
For content creators on FootHubb, the following conditions apply:
- Ownership and Licensing: While creators retain ownership of their content, they grant FootHubb a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, distribute, modify, and promote their content for platform operation and promotional activities.
- Content Standards: Creators must adhere to the platform’s content policy, ensuring their submissions do not violate laws, harm others, or promote explicit content on public pages.
- Global Reach: By submitting content to FootHubb, you agree that it may be available globally, and waive the right to object to its distribution due to differing cultural standards in other countries.
6. Termination of Account
FootHubb reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account without notice for violations of these Terms and Conditions.
- Self-Termination: Users who wish to terminate their account can contact the FootHubb support team. Account termination requests will generally be processed within 48 hours.
- Violations: Users who engage in prohibited conduct, including sexual solicitation, harassment, or posting explicit content in public forums, will face immediate suspension or termination of their accounts.
7. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute arising from or related to these Terms, the parties agree to resolve the matter through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of our Arbitration provider . By using FootHubb, you waive the right to file a lawsuit in court and agree that arbitration is the sole method for resolving disputes.
8. Premium and Virtual Goods Agreement
This section covers FootHubb’s premium memberships and the purchase, use, and cash-out of virtual goods (points).
- Virtual Goods: Points on FootHubb are virtual tokens that can be used to access services and content. Points cannot be transferred outside of FootHubb and hold no real-world value outside the platform.
- No Refund Policy: All point purchases and cash-out processes are final and non-refundable. Any disputes regarding points must be submitted to FootHubb support.
- Cash-Out Eligibility: Points may be cashed out at a rate of 1,000 points = $1. To cash out, users must accumulate at least 50,000 points ($50) and meet all eligibility criteria, including payment of any applicable taxes. Users are solely responsible for the declaration and payment of any taxes associated with cashing out.
- Membership Requirements: Certain services, such as Direct Messaging, cashing out points, and other premium features, are only available to users who hold a valid membership.
9. Content & Moderation
FootHubb aims to foster a positive and respectful community environment.
Content Policy
- Prohibited Content: Illegal, offensive, or sexually explicit material is banned from public areas on FootHubb, including polls, forums, and the main page. Users are responsible for adhering to this policy, and violations will result in swift disciplinary actions, such as content removal and account suspension.
Moderator Code of Conduct
- Moderator Responsibilities: FootHubb moderators are expected to uphold the platform’s content policies impartially and fairly. They must review and manage content submissions, ensuring that the community remains compliant with platform standards.
10. Changes to the Terms
FootHubb reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page, and it is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically for changes.
- Notification: We will notify you of significant changes through the platform. Your continued use of FootHubb after such modifications signifies your acceptance of the new Terms.

- Media Usage: Members of the press and broadcast journalists must seek written permission before using FootHubb content for public dissemination.
14. Advertising

15. Other
Responsible Disclosure and Bug Bounty Program
- Program Rules: FootHubb rewards users for the responsible disclosure of vulnerabilities through our Bug Bounty Program. Any vulnerabilities found must be reported directly to FootHubb, and users must not exploit these vulnerabilities.
Guidelines for Law Enforcement
- Cooperation: FootHubb works with law enforcement agencies to provide necessary information in compliance with international laws. All requests from law enforcement will be processed according to relevant legal requirements.
