FootHubb Terms of Service

Welcome to FootHubb! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the FootHubb platform. By accessing or using the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms.
1. Terms
By using FootHubb, you agree to abide by these Terms. FootHubb reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to periodically check for updates. Your continued use of FootHubb after any modifications signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
2. User Agreement
This agreement governs your use of FootHubb’s services. By creating an account, purchasing products, or accessing any part of FootHubb, you agree to the following:
- Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years of age to use FootHubb. Accounts found to be created by users under 18 will be suspended immediately.
- International Use: FootHubb is accessible globally, but you agree to comply with the laws of your country or region when using the platform.
- Account Responsibility: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- Termination of Account: FootHubb reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts without notice for violations of these Terms. Users may terminate their accounts by contacting support at Support@FootHubb.com, with requests typically processed within 48 hours.
3. Premium and Virtual Goods Agreement
Users purchasing premium services or virtual goods (e.g., points) must adhere to the following:
- Virtual Goods: Points are non-transferable outside FootHubb and may only be used within the platform. Points can be purchased or earned and are subject to cash-out eligibility.
- Cash-Out Rules: Points can be exchanged for cash at a rate of 1,000 points = $1, with a minimum threshold of 50,000 points ($50) for cashing out. Users are responsible for paying applicable taxes on any cash-out, and FootHubb may withhold taxes where required by law.
- No Refund Policy: All sales, including points, memberships, and digital goods, are final. FootHubb does not provide refunds under any circumstances.
4. Prohibited Conduct
FootHubb is committed to maintaining a safe, respectful, and law-abiding environment.
- Sexually Explicit Content: The posting of sexually explicit material is prohibited in public areas such as the main page, polls, or forums. Violations will result in content removal and potential account suspension or termination.
- Sexual Solicitation: Soliciting sexual services is strictly prohibited. Offenders will face immediate suspension without prior notice.
- Reporting Violations: Users are required to report any content or behavior that violates these Terms. FootHubb will review reports and take necessary action.
5. Creator Terms
For content creators on FootHubb, the following conditions apply:
- Ownership and Licensing: Creators retain ownership of their content but grant FootHubb a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use and promote their content for platform operations and marketing.
- Content Standards: Creators must ensure their content complies with legal and community standards and refrain from posting explicit content in public forums.
- Global Reach: By submitting content to FootHubb, creators agree to its global distribution and waive the right to object to its use based on differing cultural norms.
6. Termination of Account
FootHubb reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account for violations of these Terms.
- Self-Termination: To terminate an account, users must contact support at Support@FootHubb.com. Requests will generally be processed within 48 hours.
- Violations: Engaging in prohibited behavior, such as solicitation or posting explicit material in public forums, will lead to immediate account termination.
7. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of our Arbitration Provider. By using FootHubb, you waive the right to take legal action in court and agree that arbitration is the sole method for resolving disputes.
8. Premium and Virtual Goods Agreement
This section outlines the terms for FootHubb’s premium memberships and the purchase, use, and cash-out of virtual goods (points).
- Virtual Goods: Points are virtual tokens used on FootHubb. They hold no value outside of the platform and are non-transferable.
- No Refund Policy: All purchases and cash-outs are final. Any disputes must be submitted to FootHubb support at Support@FootHubb.com.
- Cash-Out Eligibility: Points can be cashed out at 1,000 points = $1, with a minimum of 50,000 points ($50) for cashing out. Users are responsible for taxes, and cash-outs are subject to legal obligations.
- Membership Requirements: Certain services, including cash-outs and direct messaging, are only available to members holding a valid membership.
9. Content & Moderation
FootHubb fosters a respectful and positive community environment.
Content Policy
- Prohibited Content: Illegal or sexually explicit content is banned from public areas, including forums and polls. Violators will face account suspension or termination.
Moderator Code of Conduct
- Moderator Responsibilities: Moderators are expected to enforce platform policies fairly and review submissions to ensure compliance with community standards.
10. Changes to the Terms
FootHubb reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page. It is your responsibility to review them periodically.
- Notification: We will notify users of significant changes through the platform. Your continued use of FootHubb after updates signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Brand & Press Guidelines
Brand Guidelines

14. Advertising

15. Other
Responsible Disclosure and Bug Bounty Program
- Program Rules: FootHubb rewards responsible disclosures of vulnerabilities through our Bug Bounty Program. Report vulnerabilities directly and do not exploit them.
Law Enforcement Guidelines
